2. Completed Tasks
Payments made to workers for successfully completed tasks are final and cannot be refunded once the job is approved.
3. Account Suspension
If an account is suspended due to a violation of our terms of service (such as multiple accounts or fraudulent activity), any remaining balance in the account will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Withdrawal Issues
If you face any issues with your withdrawals, please contact our support team at support@job-crypto.com. We will review the case and resolve it within 3-7 business days.
